This modification replaces your old red tail light lens with a more popular and better looking clear one.  The lens itself runs about $69.00 from www.mototeck.com  The price is pretty steep for a clear lens but it looks great in my opinion.

Once you get the lens in the mail follow these instructions...

1.  Take the old assembly out.  There should be four screws    under the seat (see picture). 

2.  Remove red lens by using steam from boiling water to loosen the old glue holding it on.  (Be patient this takes time!!)

3.  Use some clear silicone sealant to seal the new lens in place.

4.  Put assembly back on the bike and make sure to get all screws back in.

5.  Put a red bulb in place of the stock clear one.

6.  Enjoy!!!!
