I purchased a D&D slip-on exhaust system for my 99 Katana.  It sounds loud and powerful!!!

To install this pipe.....

1.  Unbolt the stock exhaust and pull it gently out of the header pipe under the bike.

2.  If your gasket is good around the end of the pipe pull it off.

3.  Take the D&D out of the box and put the gasket around the connecting pipe.

4.  Line it up and put it in and bolt it down.

5.  Now slip the D&D pipe on that and bolt it in securely.

6.  Crank the bike up and test for leaks.

7.  Enjoy the best sound that can come from a bike!!!!!
